Sending meat internationally?

    Unsure where to put this so here goes..

    My parents want to send a nice ham over to my brother and his family in Lisbon... the ham over there is middling to pretty damn awful so thought it'd be nice to have for the Christmas dinner.

    But getting it over is the difficult thing.. does anyone know of any online food couriers / butchers that would ship it? Obviously refrigeration is important, hence why An Post is out of the question.
