Basically i've recieved a cheque where i have reason to believe the company has over payed me, by a couple of hundred. I know what the ethical thing would be to do, but just curious where i stand legally ?

    Kind Regards

It's not your money therefore you owe it back to them!

Whats the legally standing ? Plus how long do they have to come after you, they can hardly ring u up 6 months down the line and look for a couple hundred quid off u ?
