Press 'ctrl' key and '-' key (the one beside 0) together.

If above does not work,this link gives some guidance(based on IE7, latest is IE9 but i have given up on IE)

Is it only Internet Explorer or are all Your fonts too large?
if so you may need to change your display settings or change colour from 16 bit to 32 bit.
