Compubox stats are even more corrupt than judges in boxing .

4 nameless hand picked people decide whether a punch landed , missed or was even thrown .

Ever been stunned by the scoring in the Olympics ?

I always thought it was like 3 or 4 guys operating some computer program. Though thinking about it now, that many people would hardly be necessary. There's nothing computerised other than the way it's counted.

Ha, oh dear and most people use this system as fact instead of their eyes.

You're right but... how else would it work? I don't think that anyone thinks that some computer programme is watching the fight and counting the punches, do they?

Well the term itself is misleading ......... why 'compu' ?

It is a perfect way of hiding a bias in a fight report .
Judges are often questioned , but compubox figures are not .
They are just taken as 'gospel' by fans .
