    I know some people have not even receive there first payment but just wondering when the 2nd payment is? I receive my grant from Fingal county Council.

    I was just wondering if anyone had an answer for this :) I got my first payment on October 28th, does anyone have an idea when I might get my next payment?

    ask the fees office of your college if the cheque is there?

    It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me?     I got my first payment right into my bank account. I'll give them an email and see what the deal is :)
