Please God help

So basically, I'm trying to make a 'movie' on windows movie maker. I'm trying to import footage from youtube onto it. But Youtube videos are flash files and not MVA which windows movie makers need. Is there anyway I can convert a youtube video to a format that I'll be able to import into windows movie maker?

If anyone can help me that would rock. I hate PCs, my god I hate them

Youtube videos must be re-encoded before WMM will take them, same on most video editing tools really. You can use Handbrake to convert Flv to Avi which wmm should read!

Yes, you can convert youtube flash videos to another format like avi for example, with several converting tools. I would recommend trying Audials because I also tried it and it did not let me down. I inserted a link for you to take a look at.
I haven't used it for converting flv yet, but I know it can do that. And you have several output formats you can choose from, avi would probably be best though. You can either record the youtube video and convert it at the same time or just drag and drop the file into the converter.
And no need to hate your pc, every problem has a solution!
