    Hi,
What's the easiest wasy to create a 'video' like this:

I created one before with some simple online tool but the above one has the photos 'moving'/zooms in slightly on them which is a cool effect

    My basic one:

    Cheers,

Proshow or Premiere Pro will do it for you.

Windows Live Movie Maker will do that for you, if you already have Microsoft Office. I'm sure there are a billion better programs out there, but it's super simple and has a ton of options for transitions, panning, music, text etc.

As evidenced by my SUPER AMAZING slideshow I just made to see if Windows Live Movie Maker *did* actually do that...

I think Picasa does it also

The best example and probably the smoothest i've seen is in Windows Media Centre. It does it on the fly to the images in your library. I don't think there is an option to output a video file though.

i did this one for college http://vimeo.com/16064335

on I movie, I found I movie a really good an intuitive to use for the project as its really easy to use, recommending giving it a shot.. :)

if you run windows then maybe windows movie maker and just experiment your more or less treating every photo like a scene. then you've a choice of ken burn's effect which is how the picture pans and how fast, word of warning if it to fast it won't look right generally anything over 1.5 seconds is good maybe a bit longer, theres also fades and then its down to your creativity :)

oo and try using landscape shot s only tend to look better in the video you don't get negative space..

    Thanks for all the replies.
I found out that I can actually do it in Picasa, very easy.
So I made a video last night, spent ages picking audio to go with it but once I added the audio it'd get stuck.
So I uploaded the video without audio and selected a song from 'audioswap'

It's not final finished version (I couldn't put in the song I wanted 'Katio' No ones home') and want to add & remove a few photos.
But this is what I have at the moment:
