    My issue is that her mother made a pre packaed video for a few grand....and now with no real talent she's like this teen princess, in instant career and tons of money.

    I don't think it should be that easy, at least have some talent!...she's can't sing, no denying she's pretty but so are sundry other girls her age. When Miley Cyruss says you've no talent and it shouldn't be that easy to get a career...you know something is wrong!

    I've no major beef with the girl herself, she's taken a huge amount of flack...i'm sure she's the perfect PR type for the teen mags and Disney/Nick. It's just...spend 5 grand on a prepackaged vid/song and bam, instant fame.

    Just dosen't seem right.

    Like you I have nothing against her but at the same time this instant celebrity thing is worrying. She may not have the best singing voice but she did not deserve the barrage of abuse she's received over the internet. She's only a teenage girl.

    Agree. Her video went viral, but the sad thing is that the hate towards it became viral as well. Good thing she didn't crack under all that negative criticisms thrown at her.

    In my opinion Friday is no worse than Swagger Jagger by someone who has about as much talent as Rebecca Black.

    And think how much money Cher Lloyd had spent on her to cultivate her, produce and market her?

    Pop music is at a Nadir at the moment. Who would have thought a song that copies the tune to My Darling Clementine would be a number one?
