o2 let down

    hi just wondering how many people do be let down by the standard of o2.I posted a tread here 3 months ago about my account having problems it wasn't my phone as other networks and sims worked fine just my account thaat did not work. After 18 days i had to go abroad where i used my phone to recieve text and calls and a local accout to ring out thinking after 2 months i returned home to find the problem still existed so now im stuck with a phone i cant use.Not once have o2 rang or been in contact and any time i ring i get fobed of with silly excuses and staff that dont want to deal with me.Is it just me or does o2 not value there customers.
