District court judgement?

Hi I am not very literate in matters of law but would be very appreciative of some help in how you would go about getting a copy of a district court order/judgement or if it is possible.

All the detail I have is that it went to court about two years ago, the name of the parties involved and who the judge found in favour of.

Is it possible to get a copy of the judgement based on this scant information?
Thanks in advance for all and any info.!

In the District Court the information that you already have will be the judgment i.e. who the judge found in favour of. There won't be a written judgment where the judge sets out the facts of the case and the reasons for his decision.

Thanks for that. The problem is that the judgement is not being adhered to and so I was wondering how to get it enforced?

What was the nature of the case?

Basically, withoiut being specific, a noise complaint. A resident took a case against factory which was operating from very early to very late, 6 days a week, with trucks coming and going all the time. Judge found in favour of her ruling no operating of any vehicles outside of 8 a.m to 8 p.m.

As stated in my previous post this is no longer being adhered too and just wondering how you go about getting a judgement enforced?

Speak to a solicitor. You can seek a committal order or any number of other remedies but you'll need proper legal advice.
