Best way to do an online survey

    Hi,
    I want to create an online survey but a serious one that would have some credibility.

    Any good freebies or should I build my own.

    I would like to give participants the opportunity to provide their email.

    You can use a paid version of SurveyMonkey that will allow you skin it up as your own survey which adds credibility.

    survey monkey is great.

    also, as am option you may be able to conduct it (depending on the complexity of the survey) with a simple google form within google docs for free. All you need is a google account which is also free.
