UPC Box Transfer

My Dad recently upgraded to the HD service from UPC. They gave him a new box and left the old one there. It is capable of recording on the internal Hard Disk. How can I give this old box to my sister who is a UPC customer. I installed the box and put in her card and it would not accept it. Seems a waste for such a useful…

Hi

We will be in touch to arrange collection of the old box as it is still our property, and it will not work in another house on another account. You can call us on 1908 to speed up the collection process if that helps
