Can a mobile phone company be ordered to give a record of someones outgoing calls for a criminal court proceeding? It is just one phone call that is needed, I have the time and date.

When you say ordered. Who is doing the ordering. The details can certainly be requested by the Gardai for certain cases. The only other person that can access that information would be the account holder

But a Judge could force the company to hand over the details, a Colonel in the Defense Forces could also request it.
