Can I buy a new phone network free in Dublin?

    my girlfriend is on meteor SIM free monthly bill and her phone is awful. Will Meteor sell me a new one not on any sort of plan?

    If not is there anywhere selling them in the same way Apple sell iphones. Don't want an iphone obviously.

    You could just buy a meteor prepay phone and chuck in the bill pay sim.

    Just buy a pre pay phone from meteor and she can use it on her plan.
