I have money in my paypal in both euro and dollar. I have not used paypal much.

If I simply withdraw these to my back, the TSB will there be charges on both?

There might be a charge for conversion of the dollars? how about for withdrawing the euros?

Would it be better to do something like send the dollars to an online poker account where i could change to euros for free and then withdraw from that account to my bank, also for free? Or would there be a fee for using paypal to fund an account in such a way?

or would paypal exchange the dollars to euros and then transfer it? it's annoying that i have to make 2 withdrawal requests due to the 2 different currencies when they could change it to one for me and id avoid a bank charge?

There are no charges for withdrawing money from Paypal, but the bank may charge you a transaction fee when the money arrives in your account. For the dollars, either Paypal or the bank will exchange them into Euro, and they'll use their own exchange rate to do that. Any charges will be buried in this.
