We are on a septic tank at the moment, and also waste water to a soak away. I want to connect to a main sewage/water, and am in a built up urban area. Any idea of cost, or is it a case of how long is a piece of string? Ballpark even would do. Thanks a million

Contact the Sanitary Services department of your Local Authority. A single connection should take the toilets and grey waters so just ask what a connection costs.

Did you get a price for this in the end OP?

The OP hasn't said where he is located so bear in mind that each Co Council have their own charges. No two are the same.
