I'll have a go (do you actually have an answer ?)

Starting from Top Left of pic: Nikon Camera (no idea what model) with what looks like a 500mm f4 Lens (prob VR).
Camera in Center of pic ... looks like 5D mkI with a 24-105 or maybe a 24-70mm
moving to the top of the pic and working down the right there are 4 camera bodies ...on top we have what looks like a 5D or 7D and a 500mm f4 non IS, below that (under the lens, I think I see a Canon 1D mkIV with a 300mm f2.8 IS, to the left of this is another Canon body with a wideangle lens and below that is a 5D mkII with a sigma 2x converter and a 70-200mm IS MKI.

on the bottom left of the pic I initially thought it was a film camera but now think it might be a 7D or a 5D mkII and a 28-300mm IS but the 28-300mm IS has a different lens shade (flower shape) ...so maybe the lens is a 100-400mm IS - its definately a bulky zoom lens and not a 70-200mm.

**all of the above is me rambling on.... the camera models all kinda look like a 5D but then again ...most of the Canon Cameras these days look the same (the only one which looks different is the one on the right which has a built in motordrive so guessing thats a 1D mkIV.

no, sorry, found a picture on a non-photo related site

    good guess I'd say
you haven't mentioned the tripod mounts, some are well know, I just can't remember their names

ha ... dont use a tripod but heard that wimberly are supposed to be recommended and expected for the longer lenses (I handhold my 600mm with no problems)

guessing most of them would be slik or manfratto....but couldn't tell the difference to be honest....a quick google tells me I was right about the zoom lens on bottom right its definately a 100-400mm IS.

    new or secondhand ??

New ... purchasing online including VAT/Import Duty .... approx €25K (including a discount for a bulk purchase of equipment)

New...purchasing from a store in Ireland €30-35K (including a discount for a bulk purchase)

Secondhand - assuming low actuations on the cameras - and lenses are within 5yrs of age .... €18-20K

I'm just surprised to see that Yasser Arafat was so into photography.
