    around dublin city center

    thanks

edit- even a resturant with a nice thai green would be good

Listons on Camden Street is your man! They are a bit pretentious, and a lot of what they stock is available elsewhere, but there's no doubt that they do hold good food - especially sauces - that you won't find in other places.

Make it yourself - it will be much nicer.

    4-5 cloves of garlic.
    thumbsized pience of ginger.
    couple of stalks of lemongrass.
    bunch of spring onions
    5-6 green chillis
    handfull of basil leaves
    smaller handful of coriander leaves
    teaspoon of ground corrianger
    juice of three limes
    salt and pepper to taste.
glug of extra virgin olive oil

    Blend.

    About 10 minutes

Any oriental shop will have it, twice the amount for half the price of tesco and way nicer.

Mae Ploy is the stuff, available in all the Asian stores. It's in a large(ish) plastic tub.

    I'd recommend this too.
    To the above I'd add:

    The zest of the limes,
    1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
a shallot (or even better, a few Thai shallots)
Dash of fish sauce (Nam pla)

That's the one! Careful though - it's quiet hot
