    hey guys.
got a letter aboout a month ago saying i was gonna get a grant for college. I live at home 46 km away from the college so i drive up and down everyday. all the relevant paperwork was handed out about a month ago and i was supposed to be recieving the grant shortly afterwards. the letter said something like 50% no student contribution. i asked in the grant office and was told that it means i get 1000 euro of my registration money refunded. im still waiting on the grant and still havn't heard anything about it. I am currently living off my savings account which is nearly empty at this stage. Every time i go into the grant office in college i keep getting fobbed off and told it should come through next month. I'm starting to loose my patience. Is there anything I can say to them to make them speed up the process. Thanks

It sounds like you were just awarded half the reg fee and no grant ??
If that is the case it's the college who will refund you the €1000 reg fee (if you already have it paid)
