Your van will run on biodiesel (or a blend of biodiesel and diesel) without any modification. Im not aware of any garage in the South selling genuine biodiesel, there a few in the North.
The injector pump in your Nissan is not suitable for a veg oil conversion. Generally only engines with inline injector pumps or Bosch V series rotary pumps are suitable for running on veg oil. Most other injector pumps will pack up within a few weeks because of the high viscosity.
