You see when I was five years old, on Christmas Eve I went with my parents to see my grandfather for Christmas at a mental institution. My grandfather was sitting in a catatonic state, when my parents went off to review his records with the doctor, leaving him alone with me. Grandpa started talking to me, and told me the frightening truth about Santa Claus: Santa not only gives presents to the good boys and girls, but punishes the naughty ones. As soon as my parents returned, Grandpa went back into his catatonic state. Afterwards, we left the mental hospital.
Later that night, my family where on their way home and saw Santa at the side of the road. When my parents asked him if he needed help, he pulled out a gun. My dad tried to put the car in reverse and tried to get away, but Santa shot him and then pulled my mum out of the car. I got out of the car and hid. Then I saw Santa rip my mother's blouse open and try to rape her. My mother resisted and Santa slit her throat. When I looked up, Santa was gone.
Three years later, I was living at St. Mary's Orphanage.In class I was assigned to draw Christmas pictures. I showed a drawing of a bloody Santa Claus and a decapitated reindeer, my teacher sent me to Mother Superior, she sent me to my room as punishment. Later on, Sister Margaret let me go outside to play. As I left my room, I heard the noise of a couple making love. Mother Superior saw it and beat them with a belt. When she came out she was mad at me for leaving my room. She told me that "Punishment is necessary, punishment is good," then sent me to my room and beat me with a belt. Later that night, I had nightmares and ran out of my room, only to be caught by Mother Superior, who then tied me to my bed. In the morning, when the other kids lined up to sit on Santa Claus's lap, I was forced to join in, but I wiggled away and punched Santa and ran to my room, scared as Mother Superior came in. The punishment was horrible.
I am now eighteen and I can't stand Christmas, I have been working at a toy store, everything was fine until Christmas rolled around, what do I do?
