    Gave up the smokes 3 days ago, smoking on and off for the past 3 years but giving it a proper go.. cold turkey..

    people ashamed to admit to their loved ones that they are caught in the nicotine trap. i'd say it must be absolute torture when they get home, during the weekends, constantly using excuses to go missing for a few minutes etc..

    A person i work with is in the boat above..doesn't buy his own mind you..used to use my tobacco so it was a little extra incentive for me :)

    I used to detest these w/e smokers also who wouldn't buy their own ciggy's and just smoke the weekend.
