By supplier, do you mean someone line Connaught gold (Sligo, which is towards the north) who sell tropical fish retail or are you looking for someone to supply wholesale?

Connaught gold have the usual guppies, tetras etc and as with most pet shops can probably order what you need.

I'm looking for a wholesaler, as I want to buy approx 30 assorted live bearers at once soon, along with a red blood parrot and a couple of fire-bellied newts.

Might be better to ask on the animal forum?

I don't think I should repost this, is it possible to move the topic?

    Thanks

if you are buying ~35 fish, can you get them from a wholesaler?
what about just going to a fish shop and cutting a deal with them?

Because they get the likes of mollys for 50c each. They charge 3 euro at least. It will take too much haggling.

if you get them down to €2 because of your bulk buying, and leave them in the fish shop for a week before collection so they get all the transport related deaths then it might not be that different and you save yourself lots of hassle.

You will need a vat number for anyone to deal with you.

There are also no reputable fish wholesalers on this island, north or south.

    Seahorse Aquariams or FinsFursFeathers.

Both very well run, very well stocked and well worth the drive.
