    hi All,

My wife decided to get my Christmas present from amazon.com (DVDs and Blu Rays), clearly these are useless over here, but also UPS are looking for over 60 yoyos to give them to me. Now clearly I want to return the units, but I don't want to pay the tax on them to send them back, what should I so?

have you received the DVDs yet?
usually you have to pay the VAT but you can then claim it back. what you need is proof of export.. tracking number etc... contact UPS with that and they should be able to sort it out for you.

Have you recieved deliverly of them yet? If not just don't accept the package and it will be sent back to Amazon.

I went through the return process with Amazon and refused delivery from UPS, hopefully it'll all work out for the best
