I'm hoping somebody might be able to help me and offer advice because what I am doing is so wrong. I was doing a line with a man during the summer. He ended up being a head wreck with empty promises. He upset and hurt me letting me down. I talked to him about it and what I felt. There was no excuse, no apology from him, no effort and he walked without even trying to fix things.

I cannot understand why someone would behave in such an ill mannered way with empty promises and rudeness. With that, from time to time I am prank calling him. Awful I know. Nothing heavy now but it's a call too many. I think I know the reason why I do it too. It's like he treated me with ill manners, I'd treat him with the contempt that he deserves. I deleted all contact from him including his number but I know his number of by heart (it's an easy number to remember) and his number keeps finding it's way back to my phone's call list.

You felt he was a head wreck and let you down so you ended it.

He walked away and didn't want to try and fix it after you broke it off.

And now you're prank calling him constantly?

Nuts to however things were while ye went out, you're being a nuisance now.

Get over it and move on. You prank calling him like this is basically making you as bad as he may have been.

Girl what on earth are you doing?

You're now giving him the opportunity to humiliate you not just the once but twice. It is bad enough that he led you on and dumped you but you're now playing right into his hands whereby he can press charges for harassment or you being a nuisance when you do make that one call too many. And you don't sound far off it.

He knows well it's you, stop making a fool (and a nuisance) of yourself and take the breakup on the chin. He behaved like a **** so turn that around and consider that you had a lucky escape rather than making yourself appear desperate.

    You need to stop it.

If the roles were reversed how would you feel? He was playing mind games with you and now your doing the same, albeit differently.
Seriously don't you think its time to grow up and move on.
AFAIK prank calls are classified as "nuisance calls" which makes them illegal.

Just stop doing it. You've lowered yourself to his level now and judging by your OP, I'm sure you don't want that. Simply stop and move on. You'll meet men like this on the way and you'll probably meet a few more but that's life. You don't want to get a reputation as a nutcase I'm sure. Chalk it down to experience and just stop that ridiculous carry on. It's crazy behaviour.
