    Has anyone any information about who owned this business?

    I paid upfront for treatments and one week later it had 'disappeared'

    I tried ringing the number on numerous occasions, the website wouldn't let you past the first page which said the business had closed down, the FaceBook page was deleted... eventually I put @novostudios.co.uk in a google search and I got the email address info@novostudios.co.uk
    I got an email back from 'Pat' saying I would get my money returned to me if I sent on my home address but no cheque and now the emails are bouncing back...

    Can't believe I got caught out when so many people around Derry got stung by Platinum Gym....

    Anyone got any suggestions?
