    You need to ring around :) a quote that somebody gives you off here could be miles off :confused:
    Try quinn direct, they are usually good with younger drivers, and try get your full, mine went down a heap after i passed my test :D

    There's a lot more variables. Where you live, type of car, security etc.

    Also pointless buying insurance unless you have someone to accompany you while you're on a learner's permit.

    thats true but everyone i no with learners permit drive solo and get away with it

    I'm insured with aviva for €1092 driving a 1L Corsa btw same situation as yourself

    I drove solo with my permit for 5years, had plenty of hassle but never got in trouble as i was never dangerous or driving idiotically :)
    Now that iv my full i dont have a trouble in the world :D haha
