Transferring Website

    I'm not sure if you can help and this might be a silly query but bear with me! I have an account with Blacknight. A friend of mine has a website hosted by someone else who she can no longer contact. Is there a way of transferring the whole site as well as domain to my hosting package which will enable me to edit the site for her? Or do I need to access the original hosting company in order to edit site?

    You'd need the domain plus the hosting files ..

    If the domain is a .ie then moving it is relatively easy, but do you have a backup of the files?

    Have it sorted thank you, just had to wait for domain name to transfer
