Any recommendations for classes in the city centre (not too bothered about which style at the minute) where there is a good social element for mid 20s to mid 30s and a decent level of training and good instructors?

    Hi

Saturday morning in the Fitness Dock Gym, Lower Camden st we have a Silat - Eskrima class. Great training, no egos and plenty of fun. If you like more info,or like to have a go, please feel free to ask.

Warriors Eskrima train on Monday evenings 6-8pm. Molesworth Hall, Molesworth Place, Dublin 2. Contact John Hoey 087-6827132. Good art. Great teachers.

Thanks. That looks a bit more graceful than what I have in mind.

The Muay Thai is more suitable.

I'd second SBG city centre, excellent level of BJJ and MMA.

My first port of call would be The Wild Geese guys, followed by Straight Blast Gym, Templebar.
