    ....no what?

Just bought one off adverts, the seller seemed to forget to say it's a Spanish language keyboard, so the layout is slightly different. No major big deal, but annoying nonetheless

It's a slim wired keyboard. So, at the moment, when it's plugged in, anything that involves using the alt, ctrl, or shift keys, is a headache, as all symbols seem to be assigned to different keys.

For example, if I were to type a "?", I would have to use a totally different key than where the "?" is. The keyboard seems to be operating as an English one. As in, I would press the key where a "?" should be on an English language keyboard, but I am pressing a totally different key to get this.

Is there a way of lining up the keys so when I want to use a ? I can press the key with a ?, no matter than it is in a different place.....

I tried the system settings, but not sure if I set the language to Spanish, then all text will be in Spanish on the mac, as opposed to just changing the keyboard settings???

I am about to learn Spanish, so having this keyboard could be a blessing in disguise yet......

You don't say which MacOs you are using so the following may not be accurate:

Click on the blue Apple icon and select System Preferences.
Click on the flag icon (labelled "International" or "Language & Text" or similar)
Click the Input Menu tab or (or Input Sources (OS X 10.6))
    Tick the box labelled "Spanish".
    Close System Preferences.

On your menu bar, top right, you should see a flag. Click on this and select Spanish.

You can also toggle between languages by pressing [cmd] and spacebar.

Hopefully, this action will solve the problem but I'm not certain.
