I got a letter from the VEC saying I need a PRTB or bill for 1st October 2007? To determine I wasn't living with my parents. What does 2007 has to do with 2011 - 2012 application?

The thing is I was sharing at the time so I had to Bill with my name and No PRTB letter. I was getting rent allowance from the 5th of October that year, would that be enough? The problem with that is the address isn't included with the rent allowance letter.

The thin they need for 2007 is to prove you were living in Ireland at the time, its nothing to do with living independent from your parents.
You need to prove you were living in Ireland for 3 of the last 5 years, as well has having to prove you didnt live with parents in oct last year.
They are two different requirements.

its just that I gave them my living cert results for 2007. Bills for october 2008 - 2011.
I was sharing in 2007 so no way of getting a bill.
