Church of san bernardino alle ossa near Piazza Duomo, has a small side-chapel decorated with human skulls and bones.

At the moment in the Palazzo Reale there is a pretty good Cezanne exhibition.

The Pinacoteca di Brera is a an amazing art gallery in one of the nicest areas of Milan.

The Cimitero Monumentale (Monumental Cemetary? not sure how to translate it) is pretty amazing too - some of Milan's most famous inhabitants, as well as political and economical dynasties, are buried there, as well as a monument to the 800 Milanese (circa) who died in WWII concentration camps and other various sculptures etc.

A coffee and pastry breakfast is a must as well (a.k.a. cappuccio e brioche)

    Have a blast!

If you're there for a few days its worth taking a day trip up to Como at the foot of the Alps. Less than an hour away by train.

A funicular train there in takes you up the mountain overlooking Lake Como. The scenery is stunning.

The Last Supper, though you may need to book it a few hours/days in advance.
