Dollar debit card?

    Is there a dollar debit card that can be linked to paypal? Basically I have dollars in my paypal account and want to withdraw them when I am in the US. I have tried Payoneer but they seem to be a shambles and I dont see why I should trust them to handle my cash after experiencing their CS.

    Any ideas or alternatives?

    You can't withdraw money from Paypal to a card of any form or currency. The only way to get it out is to your registered bank account, and it will be exchanged into whatever currency that account is in.
