Compatible Frames

I've been thinking of selling on my bike (asked about it here) and getting something nicer using the bike to work + cash from my bike but as some pointed out I've got some good components already on it so I should take them off before I sell it. Then a friend who also likes his bikes said to me how about just using the B2W to get a frame.

So I've been looking into it but have a few questions...
Firstly here's what I've got that I want to keep on it.

    Rims - Giant IOU 333
    Hubs - Giant IOU 333
    Spokes - DT Champion
    Seatpost - GIANT carbon composite
Saddle - Fizik arione in white.
Bars - Richey supercarbon pro logic II bars
Stem - Ritchey WCS Carbon Matrix 4-Axis Oversized Road Stem
    Shifters - Shimano 105 shifters 9-spd
    Front Mech - Shimano 440
    Rear Mech - Shimano 105
    Cassette - Shimano Ultegra 6500 9spd (I've a few)
Brakes - Dual pivot long reach
    Bottom Bracket - Shimano external
    Cranks - Shimano 4550 34/50
    Pedals - Shimano 105 SPD SL 5700

So basically its everything but the frame :)
I guess I'm looking for a frame that I can get in a lbs (our b2w scheme is only lbs's) that will take these components or at least the vast majority of them. It's really a carbon frame I'm after and I might throw a few quid in if it was over 1k...up to €1,300. Or if I could get the frame cheaper than the 1k then I'd throw the rest of the money to upgrade a few of the other components (bar the wheels...they're for another day).
Sorry as it's probably a tough one
EDIT: frame needs to be a 58

Only complete bikes can be purchased on the BTW scheme. No components/frames.

OK so ignoring the b2w bit ;) if I wanted a frame, does anyone recommend any for my particular needs??
Would it be recommended to replace the BB for the new frame?
And do all frames come with forks or not? Reason I ask is my current alu frame has a carbon fork.

Frames generally come with forks (although not always.)

You are almost certainly better off selling your current bike and buying a new full 10sp bike rather than buying a new frame to transfer all the bits over (which would also cost some money unless you have the tools, skill and time to do it all yourself.)

If you have some nice bits on the old bike, like carbon bars, take them off for the new bike and replace them with cheapo bits before you sell it.
