Should white people be able to use the N word in raps?

If a white person is singing a rap by a black rapper, should the white person be able to say the N word, as if in just quoting the song, or do you think this is offensive too?

Example-Eminem F.T. Nate Dogg, Snoop Dogg, Xzibit and Dr Dre-Bitch Please II. The song features the N word vividly, but must a white person avoid singing the hook by Nate Dogg?

    :pac:
