Lost my keys! 06 Corolla!

Was out on Saturday night and brought my only set of car keys with me. Wasn't even that drunk and my jacket went missing with the keys inside.

    This is my only key!

Still waiting on the nightclub to come back to me after they check the cloakroom this evening but hope are not high.

Are the horror stories about paying 1000 euro plus for an entire new set of locks and keys true or do I have any other options available?

Get the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) from the bottom of the windscreen, and call toyota. I think they can make you one from that. I also think the key alone is about 300.

You can get replacement key / ignition barrel / ecu from a scrap yard. No idea on cost.

I don't think there is a need for new locks if you can prove you are the owner of the car. Won't be cheap tho.
Get onto Toyota, they should be able to get you a new key + fob if you can produce your VLC/VRC/logbook whatever they're calling it these days, and maybe a form of ID.
