archos 101 and eircom email

Hi all, i have just bought an archos 101 an must say i love it. The only thing is i cannot get my eircom email to work with the email program. It keeps saying it cannot connect to the outgoing server. I have searched the web and cannot get any joy. Any body get it to work? Thanks in advance dermot.
