What % of postgrads get the highest grades?

From what I can find online it seems that roughly 10-15% of undergrads get first class honours. Does anyone have any idea what kind of percentage of master and postgraduate diploma students achieve the top grades? I'd imagine it is higher but I haven't been able to find any numbers.
