    I want to bake the tastiest Christmas cake this Christmas. I was going to use the recipe from Hamlyn's cookbook but I want to be sure it will turn out perfectly! Has anyone ever tried it?

    Also, what is the recipe for the best Christmas Cake you ever tasted? A lot of people say Delia's is really good but have any of ye tried it?!
