i'm wondering if there is anywhere in dublin to experience some traditional australian aboriginal music, and to meet with people involved - didgeridoo players, singers, anything? if not something semi-regular, then maybe an upcoming once-off event or similar?

i'm conducting research for my masters degree, and while actually going to australia would solve all my problems, sadly that is realistically not an option right now!

would really appreciate if anyone had any information, or indeed if anyone personally has experience with this music i'd love to get in touch.

    thanks :)

I'd say if you contact the Aussie embassy, they might be able to help, I know the Irish one abroad has info bout Irish trad etc.:
