Alarms constantly going off around the Sandy Road area

this is driving me absolutely demented. don't know how many premises they're coming from or even if it's just the one the whole time, but the alarms go on incessantly throughout the night and seemingly aren't responded to.

A) what's the point of a ****ing alarm if no-one's going to respond to it?

is there any way of getting these dickheads to have a bit of social responsibility/courtesy? tried ringing the guards but they said they can't do anything about it.

External alarm sounders are required to cut-out after a pre-defined time (15 or 20mins) so for those alarms that don't go silent then approach the property owner.
Failing that, why not call the alarm company who's name is on the bell box complain to them

And if nothing works you can contact the city council, environment office, a ward can help contacting the owner and asking them to fix the alarm, etc.
