Hey guys. The girlfriend is heading up to Rihanna on Friday night. Any pubs or clubs that have cheap drink offers on a Friday night for afterwards as she wants to keep the costs down.

Loosely translated as she wants to get plastered and is a cheap skate.

Nice one insulting someone you don't know pal. Useful info it was too.

Not an insult. She wants a cheap bar, presumably to get drunk?

You presume wrong. She wants to have a few drinks after the gig, not get plastered as you put it as she's driving home early the following morning. She wants somewhere that doesn't charge the crazy prices you normally pay in dublin to keep the cost down.

You know what they say about presumption don't you?

200 hundred pubs within a 15 min taxi ride of the point.Just pick one!!!I wouldnt let the price of drink worry you, lets be honest, between a well run, nice busy pub,and a rough dirty hellhole, the saving for the night would be about €10 per session!!That won't break anyones wallet/purse.Tell the girlfriend to live a little, and stop being a tightwad,€10 extra for a night out wont kill her!!!!! LOL

    I'm being serious now.

Sheriff Street has some really good Dublin pubs and drink is good value. Only stones throw from the O2.

PS: I'd brush up on self defence
