    Hi, guys.
I want to stream a movie from my lappy to my tv.
Trouble is, my TV doesn't have an AUX input.
So, I need a cable like this:
Vga with an AUX tip attatched so it can be plugged in my laptops' earphone output.
And then both the VGA and Earphone output should come together in to 1 HDMI head or the 3 RGA cables.
Does it exist? What's it called? who sells it?

How can a simple cable convert an analog (VGA) signal to digital (HDMI)?

Well an earphone jack wouldn't help much :-) it dkesnt matter ehat your TV doesnt have its what it does. Ok if you can post the exact model I can see exactly what it has..i've had about 5 different panasonic viera tv's in the past few years..I've gone from using s-video with phono (RCA) to headphone jack.. To VGA with phono (RCA) to headphone jack with to..HDMI. But all of my tv's in the past 10 year has at least scart or conponent in which would allow you to get a cable from the headphone jack on the laptop to the TV. Does your laptop have s-video or is it just VGA.. It's possible to convert anolog signal to digital but the cables are expensive..
