The cig lighter is not working in my wifes Toyota Yaris/Vitz Jap import.
She asked me to fix it so she can use a charger for her phone, I tried to test it but I either didnt earth the tester properly of I touched the wrong part and the radio went off.
Ive checked the fuses under the bonnet, and checked the fuse in the the head unit and they are fine, I have power going to the head unit as the CD will go in and out and the red flashing security light is on but no lights or display or sound.
Have I blown the head unit ?

Theres another fuse box under the steering wheel

Thanks Colm , there was a packet of baby wipes blocking it, all working now..
