    Hi,
Does anyone have a solution for this? I've checked online to no avail.
I've plugged in the power supply, there are lights on at the bottom of the laptop signifying this, but either pressing or holding down the power button does not work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

did anything spill on it? (if it did you need to clean your motherboard before proceeding) did it fell? Is battery charging?

take out the battery and press power button.
charge the battery and press power button when power adapter is disconnected
leave your laptop for 10 minutes without battery and power adapter, then press and hold power button for about 30 sec. plug it in and try turning on.
