    thread moved to apple media devices. make sure you read their charter before you continue.

    can you tell us what network you are on, if you ported recently, if your sim works in another phone, etc.

    sim was working in old phone - o2 network

    Are you referring to a new, boxed or used iphone ? ask hubby to check if it is possibly locked to a provider other that the one you are on. A very likely cause in this situation. Can you make calls ?Report back with more information

    its a new phone came in a box ! my husband purchased it in the 02 shop

    yes can receive and make calls- not very familiar with these phones so not sure what other information is required
