Interview tips for Collections & Recoveries role?

    Hi all,

    I have an interview with a major bank tomorrow for a Collections & Recoveries role. Has anyone had any experience with this kind of interview? I had a mortgage and arrears interview with AIB some months ago which I wasn't terribly well prepared for, but could use the experience gleaned from that to my advantage tomorrow if it is a similar type of interview structure.

    I realise this is a long shot. Many thanks in advance for any suggestions made.
