Help me choose a sports watch for my son?

Hi all,

My 11 year old son wants a waterproof sports watch for Christmas. He has skinny little wrists so adult watch bracelets are way too big for him but kids watches are too 'babyish' if you know what I mean.

Any suggestions for something which looks good but will have a strap that will fit a REALLY small wrist? My Budget is less than €50.

I think G Shock are a little too advanced for him. I'm looking for something in between a kids watch & a G Shock.

Any more ideas anyone?

I think my son would prefer the white face and would also prefer a non moving bezel. The problem is the Amazon seller won't ship to Ireland for some bizzare reason.

Anyone got any ideas how to get this watch either here in Ireland or shipped to Ireland from a non Amazon source??

I had already found that site but when you click on the watch it brings you to the Amazon listing so back to square one I'm afraid.

Looks like I simply can't purchase this watch from here unless I'm prepared to pay an additional €25 to have it forwarded by forward2me.com :mad:

The better news however is that the owner of www.danishtrend.com just called me. I'd sent him a message via eBay. They removed my email address (as they do) but I'd broken up my phone number so it wasn't removed. The guy doesn't know why eBay UK won't ship the product to Ireland but he's more than happy to ship it to me directly. Hi all,

Got the Seits watch for the young lad and he's thrilled. He's tall but skinny so the 185mm long velcro strap which came with it is way too big. I'd say he needs a 140mm or 150mm strap max.

Any ideas where I can purchase an 18mm X 150mm velcro replacement strap?? I tried eBay and http://www.watch-band-center.com/shop-watchstrap.html without any luck.
