Advice required - Starting out with a spare PC...

I have been reading up on XBMC and want to incorporate a spare dell PC as a new HTPC in our main living room.

my current setup is just a 1TB with my tv/movies on it attached to a Samsung TVs usb port and we can watch media directly from the 1tb hd using the tvs built in media player.

As i have a spare PC, (Win xp SP3 / 2GB / 500GB HD), i will download the most recent XBMC stable release to it... but where i am stuck is how to get the picture/sound connected to my tv (and possibly over coax on RF to my distribution amp in the attic to view in other rooms in the house).

Should i be looking for some sort of HDMI pc card or RF out card for not too much money. (i would prefer RF out included so i could distribute to other rooms along the coax)... and are the specs of my pc okay or way off?

    Any help appreciated! Thanks.
