Vodafone/Meteor

    The last few days. I have noticed that Vodafone can't contact me on Meteor.

    Basically friend tried to call me. Got "This number is out of service" she done again when we met and it was the same. Just passed it off as a glitch. But now tonight. My niece could not txt or ring me. She was getting the "this number is out of service" Yet I could ring her and text her. I don't have problem with 02 or Meteor to my knowledge.

    Has anyone else encountered this?i

    You really need to take this to one of the operators' you mention, sub-forum.

    As far as I know there is a big change going on in there customer care team and this sems to be a issue for people porting into Meteor from Vodafone

    Yes I have ported recently. But I am coming from 02.

    I rang today about it. They found something On my account and it is with the tech team. Be fixed in the next 24hours. But I am not holding out much hope in that. I expect to have to ring them again.

    I am finding dealing with Meteor a disaster. I was with them 2.5 years ago. I was very happy with them then. Now they just seem clueless and are gone to shiite. I have a list of problems since joining them and the 4s.

    Well surprise surprise. I had to ring them. It was not fixed in the 24 hour period. There saying its a Vodafone fault. There is a block on my account. Very odd since I had no problems when I was with 02.

    I am now with Meteor 20 days. So I hav asked to be compensated too.
